Payment Terms: Payment for our chatbot services is based on the selected plan and pricing agreed upon by both parties. Pricing will be locked and never be increased. We accept payment through various methods, including credit cards and electronic transfers. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Termination: Silicon Valley City Circuit reserves the right to terminate services if a customer breaches these terms and conditions. Customers can terminate services by providing written notice with reasonable cause. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be settled.
